The Data Processing Agreement is an addendum to the Terms of Service. These four points are what it commits SyncSmart to.

  • SyncSmart processes your data as a processor under GDPR, on your documented instructions.
  • Everyone with access to your data is bound by a confidentiality agreement first.
  • A data breach affecting your data is notified to you without undue delay.
  • Within 30 days of the service ending, your data is deleted, or returned by secure transfer if you ask.
