Integration platform + delivery partner

Connect your software to the systems your customers use.

SyncSmart combines an integration platform with a team that builds, hosts, and maintains your integrations. Give your customers the connections they need while your team focuses on your product.

From the first connection to ongoing maintenance.

For software companies

Your customers need integrations. Your team has a product to build.

A customer needs a CRM connection. A new opportunity depends on sharing data with an ERP. An existing integration needs attention when an API changes.

Every connection adds work beyond the initial build. SyncSmart gives you a platform and a team to take that work from requirements through ongoing operation.

The platform

One integration platform. Connections built around your requirements.

Connect your application with CRM, ERP, and other business software. Start with the systems and data your customers need to share, then define how each integration should work.

  1. Connect the systems that matter

Bring us the applications your customers use. We'll review how they can connect and define the scope of the integration.

  2. Move the right data

Decide which records and fields need to move, in which direction, and under what rules. Build around the workflow your customers need.

  3. Plan for what comes next

Start with a clear integration need. As customer requirements change, work with the same team to scope the next connection or extend an existing one.

What SyncSmart owns, and what your team owns.

Agreed line by line in the delivery plan before the build starts.

The team behind the platform

We build it. We host it. We maintain it.

Work with an integration partner through the full lifecycle, with delivery and ongoing responsibilities agreed from the start.

  1. Build

We work with your team to define the systems, data, and business rules, then build and test the integration against those requirements.

  2. Host

We host and operate your integration on the SyncSmart platform, with an operating plan agreed around your requirements.

  3. Maintain

We support your integration after launch and work with you on updates as connected systems and customer needs change.

A first engagement in three steps: discovery, first connection, operation.

  1. 01

    Discovery

One customer workflow, the systems involved, your API, and the people who can explain them. We come back with a scope and a plan.

  2. 02

    First connection

We build and test it against the agreed records; you approve it with a real customer in view.

  3. 03

    Operation

Live on the SyncSmart platform with support and escalation agreed. Each further customer and each new connection follows the same path.

Connections in practice

See what connected systems make possible.

Bringing fundraising and CRM data together.

Haymakers for Hope connected its fundraising platform with its CRM through SyncSmart. The integration brought donation and contact data into the workflows its team used for donor outreach and sponsorship management.

Questions partners ask before the first call.

What should our product team bring to the first conversation?

Your software’s purpose, the first customer workflow, the systems involved, and relevant API documentation. Identify who can explain authentication, records and expected behaviour. Do not send credentials or customer data through the form.

Do we need to define the whole integration roadmap?

No. Start with one clear customer need. We scope that connection, then review further requirements as customer needs and your product change.

Who handles customer onboarding and support?

Agreed per partnership before launch: account authorization, customer communication, support escalation and operating responsibilities are written into the delivery plan. The table above shows the usual split.

What should we review about hosting and data handling?

Bring the data types, access requirements and any procurement or security questions your customers raise. SyncSmart processes data as a GDPR processor under its Data Processing Agreement; review that and the operating plan with us before agreeing delivery.
